Salaya ROMERA Properties was founded in 1950 by Don José Salaya who imposed a style of professionalism and business ethics that sets the property through nearly six décadas.Durante the early years, the firm specialized in the sale of plots, which led the company have branches and representative offices in Mar del Plata, Tres Arroyos, Necochea, Buenos Aires, San Nicolas and Garin, contributing to the development of vast areas went from rural districts to become first and then booming cities.

With the opening in the early 60's offices in the party of Vicente López and headquartered at Avenida de Mayo and 9 de Julio in Buenos Aires, the company specialized in the sale, construction and financing urban housing.
